New finished 8MW PV plant utility scale in Elbistan/Turkey

FILKAB Solar and FİLKAB Solar Enerji A.Ş. completed their first major photovoltaic project in Turkey. The PV plant Maras 01 (8MWp) is located in the village ofBuyukyapalak, Elbistan district, and occupies an area of over120 acres, whereas the team of FILKAB fulfilled the supply and construction of the project’selectrical part.

30 774 pcs of polycrystalline photovoltaic modulesHanwha SolarOne HSL60P6-PC-1-260 are used for the project and the generated electricity is converted by 7 inverter stations manufactured by LTI ReEnergy GmbH.

Investor of the project is the Korean manufacturer of photovoltaic modulesHanwha Q CELLS Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: HQCL), through its subsidiary Hanwha Q CELLS GünesEnerjisi A.Ş. Hanwha Q CELLS, which is one of the largest manufacturers of solar cells and photovoltaic modules worldwide.
